LESSON POLICIES

Scheduling:

  • Lessons are taken in 30min or 60min blocks.

  • Lessons can be scheduled one at a time or multiple lessons can be scheduled by choosing a lesson package.

  • Students have the option of taking more than one lesson per week.

Cancellations:

  • The student may cancel a scheduled lesson through the online scheduling system (via the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button on the lesson confirmation email) a minimum of 24 hours prior to lesson time.

Rescheduling Lessons:

  • The student may reschedule the lesson through the online scheduling system (via the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button on the lesson confirmation email) a minimum of 24 hours prior to lesson time.

* If the student is more than 15min late to the Zoom meeting, the lesson counts as a missed lesson and the lesson time is forfeited, unless the instructor has been notified about the late arrival prior to the start of the lesson.

* ALL LESSON SALES ARE FINAL
